Over 100 years and three generations of European trained sausage makers has made Helmut's Sausage Kitchen what it is today. Helmut's is situated in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in the small town of Vernon British Columbia. This is where you will find Helmut, Monica and staff continuing to uphold his fore fathers devotion to the art of Charcuterie. As  the times change, Helmut's products continue to evolve. Choose from recipes made as they were 100 years ago or experience our new "Healthier Choice Variety".

New Healthier Choice Salt Reduction Initiative
Offering healthier options by greatly reducing our sodium levels. Our goal is to reduce our sodium by a whopping 25% in all our products by the end of 2013. To achieve this, we remove 50% of the salt we add to our products and replace it with Potassium. These products will be designated as our "Healthier Choice Variety".

Helmut’s Sausage Kitchen is a holistic processor, offering allergen-free products for the gluten or lactose intolerant. Our strict quality controls ensure that you will receive the highest quality meat possible.
